About Farmer: I have several years in the field of agriculture. I am a good
team player and can be counted upon to finish what I start, even when times are
tough. My previous job experience as an Agricultural Consultant/SMS and Manager
(Ag) for several years taught me alot about agricultural issues that can impact not
only the farm but also the people around it. My current Job as an subject matter
specialist and Agriculture consultant specialising in plant protection and also working
exclusively on central Agriculture schemes especially dealing with FPOs in various
parts of the country has enhanced my skills in different parts of the agricultural world
and has helped me to understand people’s needs more better. Helping people who
struggle with these issues is very important to me so this career has taught me about
different life styles in today’s generation ranging from rural and urban farmers . Mati
